Don't Get Stuck in Past-Time

"We can't go back into our past history and make changes. But we can begin this moment,
by setting goals and pursuing them for a better life with a greater purpose."

Many of us have had negative experiences that left some unhappy memories that we chose to leave in the past and move forward. Some others have chosen to hang on to their negative experiences and unhappy memories. Living in past-time, does not allow for the possibility of moving forward. Instead, it hold those who live there as prisoners stuck in past-time.

We can avoid living in the past, by setting goals and pursuing them.

This allows us to move forward into a positive future.
