Showing
respect for others when they don’t agree with you, and during the times when
you don’t agree with them as well, helps to avoid arguments that serve no good
purpose. This approach can lead to
getting things accomplished peacefully. Therefore, work is done faster and
smoother.
We are not going to always agree with each other, but we
should have the dignity to always respect each other’s freedom of speech and of
choice. Democracy is practiced when we
have respect for human rights.
